Well, that was nice, even if it leaves more questions open than provides actual answers. It's really enjoyable to have so many pages available at once. Remind me of the old days of more frequent updates. I hope it's okay if I make some comments here. I'll try to not get too spoilery. Is what Dave did to Blue, as implied in the story, simply about how he couldn't cut out his old attachment to Margaret, or did something else happen that was much more aggravating? I tend to believe it's the later, but sometimes, things are as simple as they look.
No mention nor anyone even implying anything about Dave's kidnapping, though. I guess it is a too important plot point to just be addressed behind a paywall, so that make sense. Still surprised it's not even alluded at all, except by it's absence, as it indicate, to me, that Blue in the end, was in the clear and that there was an actual explanation for this cell-phone message that didn't inculpated her in that kidnapping. Otherwise, Dave wouldn't make the break-up as one-sided on his detriment. He can be self-loathing, but not to this degree. I guess I'll see how it all turn out in the final arc.
Gotta say, seeing this comic I never wanted to give up to and hold on to, so that I could get to see what would happen to those crazy angry kids, actually reach its conclusion is rewarding and make me even feel a bit nostalgic. All that remains for me to do is go to the forest and undig the old Margaret-Dave-zombie-shipper Me, so I can ask him "Was it worth it? Was it actually worth it? This is what you wanted! Are you happy now?" To that, he groans "we'll see. Let's wait and see" What a coward...
Anyway, thank you for your comic and your story-telling.
I'll probably get it at the start of February.
